What a great idea Virginie and Matthieu Molinié, owners of Château Ponzac, have had to enhance your stay.
2h30 to discover the profession of winegrower and taste the fruit of his labor.
On the program: commented walk of about 3.5 km through the vineyard of the plateau to discover the work of the vine, the terroirs and the grape varieties that compose it.
Then visit the winery to explain how to transform the grapes into wine, with a passage through the aging cellar.
Finally, finish with the tasting of 5 red PDO Cahors wines, as well as two wines, a rosé and a white accompanied by a gourmet plate.
Price: adult € 20, minors € 10 8 to 18, free for children under 8.
Departure at 9 am from the property Monday through Friday.
Bring comfortable shoes, a hat and a small bottle of water.
